My goal is to support you on your individual road to recovery and to promote hope in an effective and healthy future. I provide effective, professional, and empathic counseling services to individuals in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. I am available to support you through your difficult times and will work with you to direct your treatment and recovery. I have five years of community mental health experience and post-graduate education which has assisted me in developing techniques to assist client in coping with a wide range of concerns, from daily stress to severe and chronic mental illness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Grief Counselor (GC-C). I have completed training in EMDR, a highly effective trauma treatment. I have received training in HeartMath biofeedback tools which can aid in anxiety management. I offer free 10 minute phone consultations to discuss your current concerns and treatment options. Sliding scale payment arrangements beginning at $80/session can be made on a case by case basis. I accept Tricare, Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, United, UMR, Cigna, Rocky Mountain Health Plan, LifeSynch, Mines and Associates, and Aetna insurance.
